During the Middle Ages, Al-Andalus was the name the Muslims called the territory where they settled in the Iberian Peninsula. Sbiliya was the name of the city, a place of the three cultures (Muslims, Hebrews, and Christians). They contributed their knowledge, customs, and beliefs to the cultural flourishing of this land.
