Contracting services at TravellerSevilla
Terms and conditions
1. GENERAL
- The contracting rules indicated in this section will apply to all offers and agreements by which TravellerSevilla provides customer services. No deviation from these guidelines will be valid unless explicitly agreed in writing.
2. OBLIGATIONS OF TRAVELLERSEVILLA
- All the guides that work with TravellerSevilla are Art Historians with university degrees or Tourism. They also have official accreditation of Tourist Guide issued by the Junta de Andalucía that must remain visible during the visit.
- TravellerSevilla is responsible for the technical and organizational development of cultural visits and experiences and contracting services to third parties that appear expressly in the service contracting information.
- TravellerSevilla is not responsible for the possible waits in access to monuments, as long as the monument organization originates it.
- TravellerSevilla does not assume the travel to the starting point of each activity, nor is it made responsible for accidents before and after the contracting activity.
3. OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT
- Punctuality in all our cultural tours and experiences is essential. We highly recommend being at the start point 10 minutes before the visit starts.
- Clients are responsible for their actions and possessions throughout the activity.
4. RECOMMENDATIONS
- Use comfortable and suitable footwear according to the year's season and type of activity.
- Protect yourself from the sun by bringing water, a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
5. PRICES
- All prices include 21% VAT. If you are a legally obligated company or legal entity, we will withhold 15% of personal income tax on the invoice.
- The form of payment for our services will be: in cash, by bank transfer, Bizum, or bank card.
6. BOOKINGS
- It is essential to present the reservation confirmation email at the beginning of the activity by showing it up to the guide on your mobile device.
- The reservation is not complete until we receive the deposit. The remaining amount will be paid 24 hours before the service date.
7. MODIFICATION, CHANGES & BOOKING CANCELLATION
Modification & changes
- Most of our activities take place outside. If we need to cancel a tour due to meteorological reasons, TravellerSevilla undertakes to postpone it, offer a similar visit, or refund the amount paid.
- TravellerSevilla reserves the right to modify the date or conditions of the services contracted by lack of capacity, committing to inform the client in advance to give them the option of refunding the amount already paid or making the visit on another date.
- If the client wishes to modify the activity or number of places, it will be subject to availability and conditions that TravellerSevilla offers.
- TravellerSevilla reserves the right to modify the services it deems appropriate, as long as these do not affect the service contracted before the modification and the date from which said modification becomes effective is also evident.
Cancellation
- Cancellations made up to 24 hours (inclusive) before the activity start: No cancellation cost and refund of the total amount paid.
- Cancellations made from 23 to 2 hours before the activity start: we will charge a penalty of 50% of the total amount to the client.
- Cancellations made from 2 hours before the activity start: we will charge a penalty of 100% of the total amount to the client.
- The client's absence or lack of assistance at the start of the visit implies the total loss of the amount paid for the service.
- The cancellation of the service by the client must be communicated via email and accepted/confirmed by TravellerSevilla. It will not be considered canceled until confirmation by TravellerSevilla. We do not accept cancellations via WhatsApp or telephone.
8. CLAIMS
- If the client abandons the visit for reasons not attributable to TravellerSevilla's services, the company is not obliged to make any refund for unused services.
- If the client wishes to make a claim, they may do so in writing by sending an email to info@travellersevilla.com indicating in the subject: Claim. All claims will be dealt with professionally and always with goodwill, trying to find the best possible solution to the problem.
9. DATA CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY
- TravellerSevilla guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data provided. We will incorporate the data fed into a file owned by TravellerSevilla to facilitate the booking process and send information and commercial offers that may interest our clients.
- TravellerSevilla guarantees no data transfer in any case to third parties. We will request the client's express consent in advance if necessary due to the contracting service.
- All the data requested through the website are mandatory since they are necessary to provide an optimal service.
- The client guarantees the integrity of the personal data provided for the contracting of the services.
- Our website accepts and uses its own and third-party "cookies," which may be used to facilitate navigation on our website, offer a better experience according to browsing habits, and know the User's preferences. However, the User may configure their equipment to accept or not the cookies they receive.
10. SAFETY & HEALTH
- Our services follow all the official protocols established to Tour Guides activity to minimize the hygienic-sanitary risks caused by Covid-19.
- Due to the current global pandemic situation caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, we have also included our action manual to prevent the spread of the disease by COVID 19.
- Information on conditions and coverage insurance is available to our clients.
